Grass Finished Beef
No growth promotants, antibiotics, grains or confinement.
Individual cuts are vacuum sealed, flash frozen in clear plastic.
Please note that we may not have every cut at all times, but can frequently suggest and supply substitutions.

93%+ lean ground beef, 3/4" cubed stew beef, chuck, cube steak and brisket- $8/lb

Bottom round, top round roasts and steaks, shoulder London broil- $9/lb

Sirloin tip steaks and roasts- $10/lb

Sirloin steaks- $12/lb

Rib steaks, bone-in steak contains the eye of the rib also known as delmonico- $14/lb

T- Bone, Porterhouse and NY strip steak- $16/lb

Tenderloin / filet mignon- $24/lb

 

Free-Range Broilers
We'll raise your 5 ½ to 7 ½ lb broiler/roaster chickens on fresh pasture and natural grains. Your bird will be frozen and whole with giblets unless otherwise specified. Processing is complimentary. We require a $2 refundable deposit per bird to assure availability. Orders for late June delivery close April 10 and for the last lot in October, orders are due by August 10. $3.50/lb, minus your $2 deposit per bird.

 

Free-Range Eggs
$4.00 per dozen
