Grass Finished Beef
No growth promotants, antibiotics, grains or confinement.
Individual cuts are vacuum sealed, flash frozen in clear plastic.
Please note that we may not have every cut at all times, but can frequently suggest and supply substitutions.

Ground beef, 1 lb/pkg $6/lb

Stew beef, 1 lb/pkg, $8/lb.

Bone-in rib/delmonico steaks now $12/lb.
About a pound each. A good all-around, value priced steak!

Sirloin steaks, $12/lb.
Steaks range 22-32 oz. Excellent for grilling!

Roasts; shoulder, face of the rump, and top round now $9/lb
2-3 lb average weight, excellent for any moist heat recipe.

Bottom round roast, $8/lb.
2-3 lbs each best suited for long, slow cooking and is revered for its flavor!

Chuck roasts, bone-in, $5/lb.
A favorite in our house for its superb flavor and versatility! Consider chuck in place of stew beef in your favorite stew recipe!

Tenderloin/Filet mignon, $24/lb.
The Rolls Royce of steaks with tenderness and flavor unrivaled by any other cut by a country mile! 10-12 oz.

T-bone steak, $16/lb.
12 oz., a superb grilling steak!

Cube steak, $8/lb.
Makes an excellent steak sandwich! Add in onions, mushrooms, peppers and cheddar cheese!

Kabobs from the round, $8 per 1 lb package.
Responds very well to a lemon juice/ infused vinegar/ olive oil/red wine marinade.

Porterhouse steak, $16/lb.
The silver medalist for overall grilling excellence!

London broil and top round steak, $8/lb.
1 to 2 lb per package. Try an olive oil, lemon juice and red wine marinade! Served carved across the bias for best results.

Loin strip steaks, $16/lb.
Approximately 1/2 lb, comparable to NY style strip steaks.

Beef liver, heart, oxtails; $5/lb.

Rich and flavorful pork chops, bone-in, 2 per package, 1 1/2 to 2 lbs per pkg- $8.50/lb

Country Style Ribs, a 4 season favorite- $8.50/lb

Large ham roasts, approximately 5lbs each- $6.50/lb

Ham and Shoulder Steaks, unsmoked and uncured- $7/lb

Free-Range Broilers 2010 season orders past deadline; see you next year!
We'll raise your 5 ½ to 7 ½ lb broiler/roaster chickens on fresh pasture and natural grains. Your bird will be frozen and whole with giblets unless otherwise specified. Processing is complimentary. We require a $2 refundable deposit per bird to assure availability. Deliveries in July 2010 and October 2010. $4.30/lb, minus your $2 deposit per bird.
